Switches
Air Switches by Enviropure™ are a safe and convenient on/off remote control system that eliminates the need to reach over a countertop with wet hands to operate an electrical switch. They are ideal for garbage disposals, particularly on island installations.
The system works on a sealed air displacement principle. As the transmitter button is depressed and released, sealed air is displaced and transmitted through an air hose connected to a pressure sensitive switch, turning the disposal on. The circuit remains energized until the air transmitter is depressed and released again, turning the disposal off.
Enviropure Air Switches are offered in two models:

Model # ENV-AS2:
Includes two plug receptacle, an air switch, and six feet of tubing, allows for operation of a garbage disposal and an EverHot instant hot water dispenser. |
